● Pick-up area:
> Hotels and Le Condominiums in the Aulani / Ko Olina area.
> Some hotels do not allow you to get on and off in front of the entrance due to hotel rules, road conditions, etc. In that case, you will have to get on and off at the nearest location.
> Due to traffic restrictions on the day of the event, we may not be able to pick you up at your hotel. In that case, it will be a transfer to a place outside the traffic regulation. Information on traffic regulations cannot be grasped until just before, so it will be the latest information.
● Please let us know the following 4 points in advance when making a reservation.
1. Flight number (eg UA875)
2. Flight departure and arrival time (example: 8:20 AM)

● When using one car at multiple hotels / flights
・ Up to 2 hotels in the area can be used at no additional charge.
・ Arrival transfers will be arranged according to late arrival flights, and departure transfers will be arranged according to early departure flights.
● Participation restrictions
> We cannot accept passengers under the age of 16 alone. Must be accompanied by a guardian.
> If you are physically handicapped or use a wheelchair, please be sure to contact us before applying.
> You may not be able to participate depending on your condition and the type of wheelchair.
● Notes
> The driver may be an English driver (the ride-hailing guide will always be available in Japanese).
> If you cannot find the driver on the day, please be sure to call us (Call Center: 808-800-6608).
> Pick-up is to the hotel entrance (check-in procedure to the hotel is required by yourself).
> Additional luggage: $ 5 per piece from the 11th piece (Please be sure to inform us at the time of booking. Payment: Direct payment to the staff on the day)
> Regarding sports equipment: Golf bag and body board are included in 2 pieces of luggage.
> 110 cm or more surfboards / bicycles: Cannot be loaded.
> Please note that we are not responsible if you do not get on the scheduled time due to aircraft delays.
> If the immigration procedure is delayed due to the customer's convenience, the pick-up service may not be available. In that case, we cannot refund.

3 days before participation: 100% of the tour price
> The cancellation / change fee is based on the date and time when we received the cancellation / change notification. In the case of non-business hours or holidays of our company (handling branch), the cancellation / change request date will be the day when arrangements can be made (handling branch business day) the next day or later.
> If you have already paid, you may be charged a prescribed refund handling fee and transfer fee when refunding. Please contact us for details.
