  • How do I pay?
    Payment will be made by credit card when the online reservation is confirmed. We do not accept cash payments on site. We accept VISA, Master and AMEX cards. Payment will be made in dollars, so please check with each card company regarding the yen rate. We do not charge a fee for credit card payments.
  • Are taxes and tips included in the price?
    Tips are included in our tour price. Regarding taxes, in the case of airport transfers, the airport tax and state tax combined will be 11.712%, otherwise the state tax (4.712%) will be added to the product price. Since payment is made in advance, there is no need for troublesome cash exchanges on site. However, only the price for excess baggage will be paid in cash on site. Please note.
  • I want to cancel, what should I do?
    For cancellations, please follow the procedure from the reservation confirmation email. At that time, please do not forget to specify the name of the representative, the date of use, and the confirmation number. No cancellation fee will be charged up to 5 days before the local pick-up time. A cancellation fee of 20% will be charged up to 3 days before arrival, and 100% after that. We do not offer cash refunds. Please note.
  • Are there any charges other than the charges?
    Our tours are based on departures from the airport, Waikiki and Ala Moana. Tipping is not required for transfers within this section. Fees for local activities are not included. Please pay the fee by yourself.
  • I haven't decided on a hotel. Is it possible to make a reservation?
    It is possible. Please write "undecided" for your place of stay. We will send you a reservation confirmation after you decide where to stay, so please let us know as soon as it is decided.
  • How many days in advance should I make a reservation?
    Reservations from the website must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled boarding time. It is possible to accept within 24 hours, but in that case, please contact the call center for confirmation after completing the payment. (808-800-6608)Please make a reservation at least 48 hours before the time of use for airport to hotel transfers from Japan. Depending on the date and time, there may be cases where there are no vacancies in the car or seat, so we recommend that you apply early.
  • What happens to your insurance if your car is in an accident?
    Our vehicles are regularly maintained to keep them in top condition. In addition, all vehicles are covered with up to $1,000,000 in auto and liability insurance in case of an accident.
  • Do the vehicles have toilets?
    There are no toilet facilities in the vehicle. Please complete before boarding.
  • Do you have a vehicle where you can smoke?
    All vehicles are non-smoking vehicles by Hawaii law. Please refrain from using electronic cigarettes that do not contain nicotine.
  • Can children ride alone?
    Customers under the age of 16 are legally required to ride with a guardian.
